This project website relates to the proposed residential development at the land to the northeast of Woodhall Road, Newmains.

We are keen to gain the views of the community and local stakeholders and we welcome any feedback you may have on the proposed development as we move towards submitting an application for planning permission in early 2023.

In line with Scottish Government advice, it is not currently possible to host a face-to-face public consultation event. As an alternative, and in line with Scottish Government guidance, information about the redevelopment proposals for this site is available to view on this website. This website will be available between 12th October and 16th November 2022 and we invite feedback on the proposals via the feedback form on this website or via email to woodhallroad@iceniprojects.com. Comments can also be submitted in writing to Iceni Projects, 177 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB.

A live interactive consultation events will take place on Wednesday 26th October 2022 between 3pm and 8pm – during this time members of the project team will be available to respond to questions received via phone and email to Tel. 0141 406 9900 or woodhallroad@iceniprojects.com.

During this time, we will endeavour to respond to all queries received. If this is not possible, you will receive a response to your query within 48 hours.

The deadline for submission of feedback to the project design team is 16th November 2022.
